A Balanced and Structured Approach

Every dispute has its own contractual background, commercial context and stakeholder concerns. The approach begins with a careful examination of the issues and provides each party an appropriate opportunity to present its position. The practice is supported by experience in public-sector contracts, commercial arrangements and dispute-resolution proceedings, together with membership of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) and empanelment on its Panel of Arbitrators.
